One of the best ways to find some calm amidst the chaos is to bring your mind into the present moment.
Drawing or painting is a perfect way to do it!
You don’t have to be an “artist” or “creative” to participate.

You don’t need fancy supplies- heavy paper, a marker, paintbrush, and some paints (even dollar store watercolors work).
There are no rules and you can’t do it wrong.
